Yes, pets are more than welcome to stay at the cottage with you at a £35 extra charge per stay. 

To book a stay here, you can use either our online booking system or use our booking form provided. This will be found at the bottom of ‘The Cottage’ page

Once the booking is confirmed, deposit paid and the full payment is settled a week before your arrival, we will email you with the information on how to get into the cottage and any other information you may require. 

Yes, it is 3 night stay per minimum at Christmas Cottage

Once the booking is confirmed, either through the booking form, or the online booking system – we will send you an email with our BACS details for the deposit, to help secure the booking. 

* The deposit consists of a security payment, as well as a percentage of the booking amount. 

If the deposit is not paid within 2 days – your booking will be cancelled immediately.  

A week before your stay, we will then send you a reminder to pay the rest of the balance. 

We will give you 3 days grace, to allow you time to pay for the booking. – If the balance has not been paid in full, then we will assume you no longer wish to stay with us and the deposit paid will be non-refundable. 

Yes, the security deposit is refundable, which will be back in your account a few days after your stay. 

Please note, we will not be refunding the security deposit, should there be any damage to the cottage.
